Kelly Grimes
Human Resource and Marketing Manager
Kelly Grimes is Seibold’s human resource manager with over 15 years experience in the field. She is responsible for all human resource related functions for Seibold’s entire nationwide operation. She has a passion for making Seibold feel like home for all employees… whether they are located at one of Seibold’s flagship offices in Rochester, NY or Odessa, FL or located in one of Seibold’s satellite offices across the US. She is adept at navigating the ever changing landscape of health insurance and other employee benefits, as well as driving the company’s culture.
Kelly is also deeply involved in Seibold’s Marketing and Sales Support functions, providing air cover to the Seibold sales team and making sure they have all the tools necessary to deliver Seibold’s message and value propositions.

Kelly loves spending quality family time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys camping, hiking, and cheering on her son’s baseball team.
Kelly holds a Bachelors degree from SUNY Fredonia and a Masters Degree in Management from Roberts Wesleyan College in upstate New York.
